Focus Digitization is a global megatrend that is affecting the whole of society. It can therefore be assumed that fundamental transformations will take place in all areas of life in the near future. Despite the omnipresence of this development, the active design of digital transformation processes is often withheld from experts. Only technical knowledge and understanding enables the empowerment that makes people in digitized environments sovereign actors of change.
